Job Summary We are seeking energetic, passionate part-time Fitness Coaches to join our team. This role is perfect for those who love to motivate others, enjoy working within a supportive team, and are eager to be part of a mission-driven gym. Whether you're guiding a group class or providing one-on-one training, you'll play a crucial role in our members' fitness journeys. Key Responsibilities Conduct group fitness classes with enthusiasm and professionalism. Engage with members to build a positive, supportive community environment. Participate in coaching development opportunities. Attend community events. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the member experience. Qualifications High energy and a positive attitude, with a genuine desire to help others succeed. Availability for 4-6 hours per week , including early mornings, midday, some evening availability, and weekends. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and grow within the fitness industry.
CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
CrossFit Level 1 Certification or higher is required. Personal training or group fitness certification is a plus, but not required.
