Job Description

Lead engaging group fitness classes for individuals with varying fitness levels - focusing on strength, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility, balance, and overall functional fitness.
  • Must be able to provide individualized exercise instruction, modifications, and coaching to help clients safely progress towards their personal fitness and wellness goals.
  • Must be able to educate clients on healthy nutrition, portion control, meal planning, hydration, and sustainable lifestyle habits to support weight management and overall health.
  • Must maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive fitness environment while building strong relationships and fostering a supportive community.
