Role:

We're looking for an energetic and passionate instructor to join our team and lead our Barre and Mat Fusion classes. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating an experience, building community, and delivering thoughtful, well-rounded workouts.

Class Formats:

Life Barre - A fusion of strength, balance, and mobility in a full-body barre practice designed to challenge and support all fitness levels. Mat Fusion - A dynamic blend of Barre, Pilates, and Yoga that focuses on core strength, flexibility, alignment, and mindful movement.

Responsibilities:

Lead engaging, safe, and effective Barre and Mat Fusion classes Create a welcoming and inclusive class environment Provide clear instruction, strong presence, and intentional movement guidance Offer modifications and progressions to meet varying fitness levels Build connections with members and contribute to a strong studio community Maintain a consistent and reliable teaching schedule

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of group fitness or barre/pilates/yoga teaching experience Strong understanding of movement, alignment, and cueing Confident presence with the ability to lead and command a room Passion for creating an elevated member experience Nationally recognized certification (Barre, Pilates, Yoga, or Group Fitness) preferred

Availability Requirements:

Nights and weekends required
