At Alloy, we call our trainers Coaches. Our members are adults 40 and over training for strength, capability, and longevity, and getting them there takes a professional who can program, cue, modify on the fly, and build a real relationship, not someone who counts reps. This is a coaching centered role at Alloy Personal Training South Tempe, where you will deliver high quality small group personal training sessions and create a world class member experience. You will be a key part of the studio environment, building strong relationships with members and reinforcing the systems that drive results. We are hiring for both full time and part time. We are looking for the best coach, not the biggest schedule. If you are a strong coach who can only commit to a handful of sessions per week, we still want to talk. If you are looking for a full time career track, this role can grow into a Head Coach designation with expanded responsibility and pay.WHICH TRACK FITS YOU
Full Time Coach 25 to 30 sessions per week plus studio support hours Full benefits eligibility Career track toward Head Coach and future leadership as the studio expands Part Time Coach 8 to 20 sessions per week, built around your availability Ideal for experienced coaches with other commitments, or coaches building toward full time Consistent, reliable weekly schedule required (we build member trust through repetition, not rotation) Tell us in your application which track you are applying for and what your weekly availability looks like.COMPENSATION
