Qualified coaches who demonstrate strong performance, leadership, and initiative may have the opportunity to advance into studio leadership roles with starting compensation of approximately $50,000+ annually. We're not just hiring coaches. We're developing our future leaders. What You'll Do As an F45 Coach, you'll do much more than count reps. You'll help create an experience that keeps members motivated, connected, and excited to come back.

You'll:

Lead high-energy, safe, and effective F45 group training sessions. Demonstrate and coach proper movement, technique, and intensity. Provide modifications and individualized coaching within a group setting. Build genuine relationships with members and understand their goals. Create an environment where every member feels welcomed, challenged, and supported. Bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every class. Motivate members and help them stay engaged in their fitness journey. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented studio culture. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment. Mentoring and developing other coaches. Taking ownership of studio initiatives. Helping lead member challenges and events. Supporting community outreach and marketing. Previous group fitness or personal training experience is preferred, but we're willing to develop the right person.
