Job Summary At Golden Hour, we believe in movement with purpose. Our method blends the precision of Pilates with the intensity of sculpt and strength training, designed to help you feel empowered, aligned, and strong in your body. We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and certified Pilates Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and group fitness, with the ability to design engaging and effective classes that cater to a diverse clientele. As a Pilates and Fitness Instructor, you will play a key role in promoting our classes through movement, educating clients on proper techniques, and fostering a supportive environment for all participants.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead dynamic and safe mat Pilates classes or individual sessions Lead local pop-up events and classes Build community and connection with clients Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio space Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Pilates and group fitness.

What We're Looking For:

Certified Pilates Instructor Preferably a minimum 1 year of teaching experience (group and/or private sessions) Strong communication and cueing skills Enthusiastic, reliable, and professional presence Must be comfortable working with clients of varying fitness levels Local to Carlsbad or able to commute reliably
