At CycleBar, we don't just teach indoor cycling classes — we create an experience. Our Instructors bring together music, movement, motivation, and connection to create an unforgettable ride. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a CycleBar Instructor, you'll: Lead high-energy, music-driven indoor cycling classes Create thoughtfully curated playlists that bring each ride to life Coach and motivate riders of all fitness levels Deliver an engaging experience that is energetic, challenging, welcoming, and fun Build genuine relationships with riders and help strengthen the CycleBar Castro Valley community Learn riders' names, celebrate milestones, and make new riders feel at home Bring your own personality and authentic coaching style to every class Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes, trainings, and studio events Help maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive studio environment Represent CycleBar Castro Valley both inside and outside the studio

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You might be a great fit if you are: Energetic, confident, and comfortable speaking in front of a room Passionate about music and creating an experience through it Naturally encouraging and able to motivate people without intimidating them Friendly, approachable, and community-minded Reliable, professional, and coachable Comfortable receiving feedback and committed to continued growth Able to bring energy and personality while still making the ride about the riders Excited to become an active part of the CycleBar Castro Valley community Previous indoor cycling, group fitness, coaching, dance, performance, DJ, or teaching experience is a plus, but personality, presence, musicality, and the ability to connect with people are extremely important to us.

Our goal is to challenge riders while making them feel welcomed, supported, and excited to come back.

WE RIDE AS ONE. TRAINING

Selected candidates will complete the CycleBar instructor audition and training process and will be expected to learn and deliver the CycleBar class experience and coaching standards. Candidates should be prepared to dedicate time outside of scheduled classes to playlist development, class preparation, training, and continued development.

AVAILABILITY

We're looking for instructors who can commit to a consistent teaching schedule. Morning, evening, and weekend availability may be needed based on the studio schedule. Reliability is essential — our riders count on their instructors to show up ready to deliver an incredible experience.
