We're seeking experienced Certified Pilates Instructors who share our passion for mindful, transformative movement. This role is ideal for instructors who thrive in a community-driven, elevated environment and who want to empower clients to feel both grounded and strong — inside and out. Duties Lead thoughtful, dynamic Reformer Pilates classes for a variety of levels, emphasizing form, breath, and body awareness. Offer personalized guidance to help clients deepen their practice and meet their goals safely and effectively. Create an encouraging space that balances challenge with mindfulness — helping clients build strength, clarity, and confidence. Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment and uphold Soulscape's standard of excellence in every class. Stay inspired — continuously exploring new movement techniques, creative sequencing, and holistic wellness practices. Qualifications Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer required; additional movement or wellness certifications are a plus). 1+ year of teaching experience in group, semi-private, or private settings. Deep understanding of anatomy, alignment, and safe movement mechanics. Warm, professional, and able to hold space for clients of all backgrounds and abilities. Passionate about community, wellness, and personal growth — for both yourself and your clients.
