This is a multi‑unit leadership role for someone who loves developing people, driving production, and creating an unforgettable member experience. Minimum 47‑hour work week Typical schedule:Mon-Thu:
8:00 AM- 6:00
PM Fri:
8:00 AM- 3:00 PM Must be available outside standard hours, including weekends, based on district needs Occasional approved "admin days" as assigned by SVP This is a high‑visibility leadership role — your district depends on you. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Development
- Build your PT Bench Hire, develop, and manage PTMs, APTMs, and Personal Trainers Train leaders on interviewing, scorecards, and practical assessments Build marketing and social media programs to promote trainers and drive engagement Manage and coach on hiring platform for recruiting and onboarding Onboarding & Training
- You set the tone for every new hire. Deliver all phases of New Hire Onboarding, including Vision Training Teach KO scripting, 4‑Step Close, Anatomy of a Great Session, and sales techniques Ensure trainers stay current on industry standards and deliver exceptional sessions Train staff on conversions, referrals, floor pulls, and PT sales systems Production & Revenue Management
- Your district's PT revenue is your scoreboard Drive district PT production using the PT Playbook Support clubs during Closeout Week and when revenue falls behind Set goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure monthly hiring needs are met Assist with KOs, T.O.s, booking sessions, and PT sales support Member Experience & Retention
- You elevate the Crunch vibe across all clubs. Lead PTM Coaching Cycles and ensure weekly execution Manage Enhance platform, client feedback, Yelp/Google reviews Ensure compliance with Crunch Connect, CPT/CPR expirations, and brand standards Lead PT community initiatives to drive engagement and retention Leadership & Operations
- You build leaders who build leaders Conduct GM/PTM huddles, Kickoff Scorecards, and Club Visit Forms Coach leaders through growth paths and hold weekly performance meetings Manage PT schedules, employee relations, and disciplinary actions Support cleaning protocols and Group Exercise standards Execute all responsibilities consistent with SIR Mission, Core Values, and Weekly Fundamentals What You Bring 2-4+ years of PT leadership, ideally multi‑unit or high‑volume Strong ability to coach, develop, and motivate PT teams Expertise in PT sales systems, onboarding, and performance management High accountability, strong organization, and excellent communication Ability to manage complex operations across multiple locations Comfortable working a structured, high‑visibility schedule with weekend availability Why This Role Matters The DPTM is the operational engine behind PT success — responsible for building strong teams, developing leaders, driving revenue, elevating member experience, and ensuring every club delivers consistent, high‑quality Personal Training.
