With the growth at Life Time, your career opportunities are endless. Position Summary As a Personal Training Leader, you will lead a team of Fitness Professionals through their career at Life Time. You will supervise all revenue departments and Team Members within Life Time Training. You will oversee the hiring and maintain desired level of fitness professionals (15-50) as well as drive key company initiatives and manage budget and P&L. You will ensure all Fitness Professionals are educated in the LT Method through our Core 3 philosophy. Job Duties/Responsibilities Leads the Personal Training team to deliver an exceptional member experience and achieve revenue goals Develops and oversees safe, professional, and engaging personal training programs Manages team performance, hiring, and onboarding processes Handles administrative and operational responsibilities for the Personal Training department Conducts personal training sessions to set an example and meet member needs Leads team communication and departmental collaboration
Minimum Required Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED Years of Experience:
3 years of personal training experience at Life Time 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and program design 2 years of leadership or supervisory role within the fitness industry.

Registrations:
Certified Personal Trainer CPR and AED Certified within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
