Early-morning availability required (classes begin at 5:00 AM) Why this role is different Most trainer jobs hand you a schedule and a room full of strangers. At Babes of Wellness, the women in your classes become regulars who know your name and train with you for years. We're an all-women's wellness studio in Compton, and we're hiring an experienced Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor to coach our members and grow with the studio. What you'll do Lead group fitness classes that are safe, effective, and welcoming to every level and every body. Coach 1:1 personal training sessions with clients we match to you. Design programming and workshops that reflect your expertise. Build strong relationships with members and support retention. Help open and maintain a clean, well-equipped studio. Contribute to a supportive, women-first team culture. What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience teaching group classes and/or training clients 1:1. (5+ years qualifies for our Lead Trainer track.) Reliability and punctuality — the ability to consistently show up early and ready. Current Personal Trainer or Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, AFAA, or equivalent). Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before start). A degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field is preferred (not required). Strong, motivating communication and a passion for coaching women. Reliable transportation to Compton for early-morning arrival. Preferred (not required): Bilingual (Spanish/English)- experience with special populations (seniors, injury recovery, pre/postnatal)
