Parkour Coach / Youth Fitness Instructor (Part-Time)

The Cave Marin Job Type:
Part-Time | After-School & Weekend Hours | 3:00 PM Start Time Monday-Friday About the Role The Cave is hiring athletic, caring, and motivated Parkour Coaches / Youth Fitness Instructors to lead safe and engaging movement classes for children and teenagers. Classes are one hour long and organized by age and skill level. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in coaching, youth development, fitness instruction, or athletics . No prior parkour experience is required but is a huge plus. We offer full training for coaches with little to no parkour experience. Responsibilities Coach small groups (up to 8 students) in structured youth fitness classes Lead activities focused on strength, coordination, agility, and confidence Supervise students in obstacle courses and movement-based exercises Create a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and staff Qualifications Athletic background (sports, fitness, gymnastics, dance, martial arts, etc.) Experience working with children ages 5-12 is a plus Strong class management and leadership skills Passion for working with kids and helping students succeed Parkour experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Pay Part-time position with afternoon and weekend availability Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications Why Work at The Cave?
