Our goal is to make each visit to the club "the best part of your day!" You get that feeling when you're greeted with smiles by our friendly staff, you get a great workout or play a sport with some friends, relax and socialize afterward, and you walk out of the club feeling better than when you walked in! The Opportunity As a Personal Trainer at Spare Time Sports Clubs, you're a trusted guide in every member's fitness and wellness journey. You'll design science-based, high-value programming tailored to individual member goals. Beyond instruction, this role serves as a brand ambassador and coach, driving member retention through exceptional service, progress tracking, and proactive engagement within the club community. This role is ideal for a self-driven fitness professional who wants to build a thriving training business while being part of a supportive, growth-focused team. What You'll Do 1. Utilize club management software to track client attendance and sessions, and manage scheduling. 3. Facility & Safety Excellence Maintain a pristine training environment by cleaning and organizing equipment immediately after use. Perform routine floor walks to ensure the fitness center is tidy and equipment is in its proper place. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Director immediately. 4. Professionalism & Growth Stay current with industry trends, evidence-based research, and nutritional guidelines. Attend all mandatory staff meetings and continuing education workshops. Actively participate in club events, challenges, and social media initiatives to promote the fitness department.
