The Opportunity:
Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor SaltRock Wellness is open and growing our team! We're a woman- and minority-owned boutique wellness studio in El Segundo, CA. Our offerings include reformer Pilates, yoga, sound bathing, and halotherapy in our serene salt rooms.Our mission is simple:

We've built a community-centered, peaceful space for people to relax, grow, and thrive—and we're looking for talented reformer Pilates instructors to help us keep it thriving. The Reformer Pilates Instructor position plays an instrumental role in making our community stronger and happier. Classes take place in our dedicated, boutique reformer studio. As we grow—and as we open new locations—you'll have the opportunity to become a key member of our team and shape what comes next. As a locally owned business, we take pride in offering exceptional services that truly make a difference in our community.What You'll Do:
Lead dynamic, high-energy Reformer group classes that challenge and inspire clients of all levels. Design safe, effective, and creative class sequences tailored to a range of experience levels. Provide individualized modifications and hands-on cueing to help every client succeed. Curate a welcoming and inclusive environment where clients feel supported, motivated, and empowered. Participate in our studio's outreach efforts—charity events, community wellness programs, and wellness workshops.What We're Looking For:
Current Certified Pilates Instructor (relevant certification from a recognized body such as Balanced Body, Peak Pilates, BASI, etc.) Current CPR certification Comfortable using WellnessLiving or a similar booking service Experience leading Reformer group classes in a studio environment Strong understanding of anatomy and the ability to provide individualized modifications to enhance client success A collaborative, positive, and enthusiastic attitude A desire to give back and make a tangible impact in your community Why You'll Love Working withUs:
