  • Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals and fitness levels
  • Design personalized workout programs based on clients' individual needs and goals
  • Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
  • Motivate and support clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
  • Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout programs as needed
  • Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide guidance on healthy eating habits
  • Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients ```Experience```
  • Experience working with youth or individuals with Special needs is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales or fitness sales is preferred
  • Experience in sports coaching or group fitness is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
