- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals and fitness levels
- Design personalized workout programs based on clients' individual needs and goals
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout programs as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide guidance on healthy eating habits
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients ```Experience```
- Experience working with youth or individuals with Special needs is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or fitness sales is preferred
- Experience in sports coaching or group fitness is a plus
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Degree in physical education or certification in personal training is required As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, helping individuals of all fitness levels achieve their health and wellness goals.
