Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Certified Personal Trainer to inspire and guide clients on their fitness journeys. In this role, you will develop personalized workout plans, deliver engaging coaching sessions, and foster a motivating environment that encourages clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. Your expertise in biomechanics, physiology, and nutrition will empower clients to optimize their performance safely and effectively. Responsibilities Design customized workout programs tailored to each client's goals, abilities, and health conditions Lead engaging training sessions that incorporate proper body mechanics, biomechanics, and exercise techniques Provide motivational coaching to encourage clients' progress and maintain high levels of engagement Educate clients on nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery strategies to support holistic wellness Maintain accurate records of client progress, session notes, and program adjustments Ensure safety by adhering to first aid, CPR, AED operation protocols, and manual handling procedures Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, active listening, and personalized support Qualifications Certification as a Personal Trainer from an accredited organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) Proven experience in sports coaching, fitness instruction, or physical education teaching Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics essential for safe training practices Valid first aid and CPR/AED certification with the ability to respond promptly in emergencies Experience in fitness sales and customer service within a health club or gym environment Ability to create innovative program designs that cater to diverse client needs and fitness levels Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients effectively Join our team to help individuals unlock their full potential through expert guidance and energetic coaching!
