We are seeking a dedicated and professional personal trainer with at least two years of experience to provide exceptional service tailored to our members' needs. Job Summary:
As a Personal Trainer at Mountain View Country Club, you will play a vital role in inspiring and motivating our members to reach their fitness objectives. Your energy and passion for fitness will help create a welcoming environment where members feel supported in their journey to better health.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs tailored to individual member goals. Provide one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety Foster a positive and energetic atmosphere that encourages members to push their limits. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to provide innovative training methods. Build strong relationships with members, providing ongoing support and motivation. Monitor member progress and adjust training programs as necessary. Participate in club events and promotions to encourage member engagement.
Requirements:
Preferred Certifications:
TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Level 1 Certification Candidates with a TPI Level 1 certification are strongly preferred, especially those with experience in golf-specific fitness assessment and programming. FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy) Certification or Similar Preference will be given to candidates certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy or an equivalent stretch/mobility-based modality. Experience in assisted stretching techniques and mobility enhancement is a plus. These certifications are not mandatory but are considered highly desirable and will be prioritized during the candidate selection process. Please include any relevant experience working with golfers, athletes, or mobility-restricted clients in the job description to align with these preferred qualifications.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition. Previous experience in personal training or fitness instruction preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Energetic, motivating, and approachable demeanor.
