Job Description

About us The Club @ Livermore is a growing business in Livermore, CA. We are professional, agile and social. We are dedicated to serving families and individuals. We offer a variety of activities. Programs range from tennis, pickleball, racquetball, wallyball, swimming, basketball, badminton, group exercise, yoga, water fitness classes, Pilates, Personal Training, many cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights. We have babysitting, a Junior Game Room, Pickleball Clinics, and Arora Tennis coaching. Other services offered such as Junior Locker Rooms, Adult Locker Rooms, sauna, steam room, adult spas, massage, and a family spa. A beautiful Pro Shop is open year-round to the public, complimentary gift wrap available, and member discounts. Café/Lounge is coming soon. We pride ourselves in having a very clean, healthy, and friendly Club.

Duties:
  • Provide personalized training sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement effective exercise programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels
  • Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively
  • Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in achieving a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition
  • Assist with fitness sales by promoting services, signing up new clients, and retaining existing clients
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of physical education principles, exercise physiology, and anatomy
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients
  • Ability to assess clients' fitness levels and develop appropriate exercise programs
  • Sales skills to promote services and attract new clients
  • Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals by helping them achieve their fitness goals.
You will work closely with clients, providing personalized training sessions, conducting group fitness classes, and offering guidance on nutrition. Additionally, you will play a role in promoting our services and attracting new clients through effective sales techniques. If you are passionate about fitness, have strong communication skills, and enjoy motivating others, we would love to have you join our team.
