Full Job Description Position:
We are seeking enthusiastic and certified Pilates Instructors primarily for our newest Club Pilates Manteca location. This is an opportunity to be part of a supportive team that values professional growth and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging group Reformer classes, private, and semi-private sessions, ensuring each class aligns with Club Pilates standards and caters to various fitness levels Assess individual client needs and provide modifications or advancements to exercises, ensuring safety and effectiveness for all participants. Perform pre-class equipment checks to ensure functionality and safety. Post-class, ensure the studio is clean and equipment is properly stored, maintaining a welcoming environment. Maintain a positive and motivating environment for clients. Collaborate with the studio team to promote classes and encourage client retention.
Qualifications:
Comprehensive Pilates certification (minimum 450 hours), including training on Reformer, Mat, Chair, and Springboard. Experience teaching group classes and ability to modify exercises as needed. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. Familiarity with TRX, Barre, and TriggerPoint modalities is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
