The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, reliable and possesses training certifications such as : Personal trainer Mobility instructor Group instructor Yoga instructor Pilates instructor We're looking for an individual with a commitment to wellness and personal healthy habits, who is capable of owning the room when teaching. The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of human anatomy and an ability to make personal connections with clients.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all members are safe and understand the limits of their fitness level. Be upfront about potential injuries or risks to members. Teach new or advanced fitness classes such as dumbbells, kettlebells, running and mobility and seniors classes Ensure that training standards are met. Inform clients when they need to modify a fitness program. Help members learn proper exercise techniques.
