Founded by personal trainers, we've brought together experts from physical therapy, chiropractic care, yoga, Pilates, dance, and more to deliver world-class stretch experiences. With our proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program , we ensure every team member is equipped to provide the highest quality assisted stretch sessions and group classes. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 and 50 minutes) Motivate and encourage clients throughout each session Educate clients on proper stretching techniques and benefits Assist with new member tours, sales, and onboarding Attend staff meetings and training events Maintain a clean and safe studio environment Promote the studio and build client engagement via social media

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients Educate clients on stretching techniques, mobility, and posture Personalize stretching routines based on individual needs Assist in building memberships and improving client retention Ensure client safety by applying proper stretching techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education Maintain a clean and organized studio, ensuring equipment is always ready for client use
Qualifications:
Certification and/or degree from a nationally accredited organization in any of the following areas: Personal Training, Athletic Training, or Sports Performance Coaching Massage Therapy Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistance Yoga or Pilates Instruction Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or Corrective Exercise OR previous experience as a collegiate or professional athlete with a strong understanding of anatomy (exceptions may apply)

Availability:
