Full Job Description Position:

Instructors will teach any style of group classes in which they are certified, including introductory and specialty classes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a current Pure Barre certification with a minimum of Classic
• Experience teaching group classes with effective instruction
• Enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality
• Ability and desire to build client relationships through outstanding customer service
• Dependable with a strong work ethic-natural willingness to go above and beyond
• Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills
• Musicality-ability to keep a rhythm and count to the beat of the music
• Experience with Club Management software and/or the ability to learn new systems (e.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Availability to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week (classes are offered early mornings, mid-day, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Diligent planning and preparation before each class, including the diligent study of choreography and class planning prior to each class, as well as learning full choreography changes on a quarterly basis.
• Assist with keeping the studio tidy, clean, and neat, and visually inspecting the equipment for good working conditions before and after class.
• Ability to lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high energy for the 50-minute class is required
• Building studio revenue by promoting retail & membership sales as well as checking clients in
