We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Fitness Trainers to join our team at RockBox Fitness. RockBox Fitness offers high intensity boxing, kickboxing, and functional strength training group exercise classes. As a RockBoxTrainer, your primary role will involve delivering high-energy, effective group workouts, and ensuring an excellent member experience. Your duties encompass instructing a number of classes, connecting with members, andpromoting apositive, clean, and organized workout environment. Beyond being an instructor, you will serve as an ambassador of our studio culture, driving engagement and promoting our brand. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about wellness, enthusiastic, and dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals. Roles & Responsibilities

Instruction:

Teach designated number of pre-designed classes, demonstrating functional agility exercises, thai bag, and tear bagcombinations. Provide variations and challenges tailored to individual memberneeds.

MemberEngagement:

Connect with members, by motivating them throughout class, developing personal relationships, and participating in workouts to build class attendance and a sense of community

Class Preparation:

Set up required equipment and prepare functional exercises on iPads before each class. Ensure cleanliness and organization in the workout area.

Sales Support:

Aid in membership sales by helping Fitness Sales Associates and assisting with supplement sales.

•

Brand Ambassadorship:

Represent the RockBox brand positively and professionally both within and outside the studio.

Additional Duties:

Assist with body fat readings and measurements during challenges, and support the Head Trainer with other duties as required

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 per week
