Join our dynamic team at HealthWest Physical Therapy, located within an active volleyball club in San Marcos, CA! We are looking for a fun and energetic individual with a background in kinesiology or personal training to assist with patient care and support staff operations as a PT Tech/Aide. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an environment filled with really fun clientele and an awesome staff while providing quality care through individualized treatment approaches.Responsibilities:
Guide patients through innovative therapeutic exercises under the supervision of our knowledgeable physical therapists Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment Assist patients in mobility and ensure a positive experience during therapy sessions Perform administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, maintaining records and supporting the staff Monitor and report on patient progress, contributing to their overall successRequirements:
Strong understanding of exercise physiology and anatomy Ability to thrive in an active, fast-paced environment with compassion and professionalism Availability for a flexible schedule, part-time start, but could turn into full-time Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others How toApply:
