Send resume by email Job Description Role and Responsibilities Provide one to one or one to multiple client training sessions Provide advice, motivation, and encouragement for each client Demonstrate each exercise and ensure the clients are performing their exercise routines in a safe and effective manner. Effectively manage appointments and be punctual for each session. Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date notes on client training sessions, including both training programs and assessments. Qualifications and Education Requirements Nationally recognized Personal Training certification Certified in CPR and AED Required Skills Preferred 6 months of experience as a Personal Trainer Ability to work and train clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds Strong Communication Skills -Clearly, Effectively, and Positively communicate instructions, proper exercise modification, and challenge clients to achieve their fitness and health goals. Possess ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry A dedication to maintaining personal integrity, client confidentiality, and professional standards for best practice. Outstanding organization skills and demonstrated reliability in managing client scheduling calendar Must be coachable and able to receive, as well as quickly implement feedback Additional Notes Must be available to work early mornings and/or evenings and/or weekends
