Job Description
Seeking a strong candidate to join our team as a RehabGo Home Exercise Program Coach. The HEP Coach will run personalized exercise maintenance programs designed by physical or occupational therapists at multiple partnered assisted living communities with a radius ranging from San Jose to Palo Alto , CA. Job duties include carrying out one on one fitness/maintenance exercise programs designed for the geriatric population and teaching group lead exercise classes. Driving between assisted living communities and or homes daily is part of job description. We are seeking candidates with great attitude, customer service, and a "can do" approach. Passion for learning and willingness to work with cognitively challenged individuals with dementia a plus. Experience working in similar settings or in SNFs a plus but not required. Hours will average 10-15 hours a week initially and can build up. Candidate must be flexible with an unpredictable schedule and willing to increase or decrease hours of work as needed . Tentative Schedule and need maybe Monday thru Friday from ranging from 10 am till 3 pm some days -BUT can fluctuate depending on schedule. Working weekends maybe required as needed. •Please note that this is not a physical therapy aide position and hours for this position may not count for Physical therapy Graduate School.
