Trainers are responsible for leading BUNDA's pre-programmed workouts while creating an engaging, motivating, safe, and welcoming environment for every client. The ideal BUNDA Trainer is passionate about fitness, confident coaching groups, committed to proper form and technique, and excited to build meaningful relationships with clients and the local studio community. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate clients through BUNDA's pre-programmed workouts. Deliver a high-energy, engaging, and consistent class experience. Coach proper form and technique while providing appropriate progressions, regressions, and modifications. Understand and effectively communicate the training principles behind BUNDA's programming, including progressive overload and steady-state cardio. Create positive relationships with clients by engaging before, during, and after class. Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to client questions, needs, and concerns. Learn client names, goals, and progress to help create a personalized studio experience. Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes, meetings, trainings, and studio events. Maintain current, appropriate, and engaging class playlists. Assist with cleaning, resetting, and organizing the studio following classes. Participate in studio events, community activations, and other brand initiatives as needed. Support fellow Trainers and studio team members by maintaining a positive, team first attitude. Represent the BUNDA brand professionally both inside and outside of the studio. Scheduling and Availability Trainers should maintain a consistent weekly class schedule at their home studio. Trainers should be available for additional class coverage when needed. Availability may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and select holidays. Weekend availability may be required based on studio scheduling needs. Trainers may be asked to participate in studio or community events outside of regularly scheduled classes. Qualifications Current Personal Training Certification from an accredited organization such as NASM, ACE, NSCA, IDEA, or another approved organization. Current CPR/AED certification. Successful completion of BUNDA's required online and in-person Trainer Training Program. Intermediate understanding of strength training principles, progressive overload, and steady-state cardiovascular training. Ability to safely lift at least 50 lbs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable coaching, motivating, and engaging groups of clients. Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented. Previous group fitness or coaching experience preferred.
