We believe in creating a welcoming community focused on wellness, connection, and fun. As we grow our fitness programming, we're looking for passionate and professional Personal Trainers to help our members achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement customized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and health history. Lead safe and effective one-on-one training sessions and small group workouts. Conduct fitness assessments and maintain progress tracking for clients. Educate members on proper form, exercise technique, and overall wellness strategies. Motivate and inspire clients to push past their limits in a positive and professional manner. Actively engage with members on the fitness floor to build relationships and promote personal training services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of training areas and equipment. Collaborate with other staff and departments to support club events, challenges, and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications:
Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA). Current CPR/AED certification. Previous personal training experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional, reliable, and passionate about health and fitness. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
