Job Description
Hi- I'm the founder of The Haven Pilates Studio in Santa Monica—an elevated, reformer-based studio created for women in their prime who want to feel stronger, more confident and deeply connected. We're growing, and I'm looking for an exceptional instructor to lead a consistent Tuesday 7:30 AM class (with growth after 2 weeks of successful teaching) The right instructor for The Haven brings more than excellent programming. She brings an energy that clients connect with—and makes them want to return week after week. She learns names, remembers bodies and injuries, notices progress and creates a room where every woman feels both personally supported and genuinely challenged. I'm looking for someone who: Has full Pilates certification, including mat and reformer (Balanced Body or similar) Can confidently lead group reformer classes Brings polished, professional and engaging energy Can safely challenge strong, experienced women while offering intelligent modifications Understands that learning names and building genuine client relationships are essential The Haven combines classical Pilates principles with thoughtful programming in an elevated environment - our instructors are an essential part of that experience.
