The ideal candidate has a strong background in football and experience working with children ages 3 to 13. This role involves developing and implementing training programs that teach the fundamentals of flag football while fostering a fun, safe, and engaging environment for all participants. Ideal candidates should be local. Responsibilities Develop and lead structured training sessions focused on football fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Provide hands-on instruction to help participants improve their skills and confidence. Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback to support development. Ensure a safe and inclusive training environment for all players. Build positive relationships with students to encourage participation and engagement. Collaborate with fellow staff members to create a comprehensive training plan that meets the needs of all participants. Qualifications Experience working with children ages 3-13. Strong knowledge of football (preferred). Background in physical education or a related field (highly desirable). Excellent communication and leadership skills.
