Job Summary Energize and motivate individuals with disabilities to achieve their health and fitness goals as a dynamic Personal Fitness Trainer or group coach. In this role, you will adapt personalized workout programs, demonstrate proper exercise techniques, and provide expert guidance to clients of all fitness levels. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire clients to push their limits, improve their overall health, and develop sustainable fitness habits. Whether working one-on-one or leading group classes, you will create a positive, engaging environment that fosters progress and confidence. Responsibilities Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure proper body mechanics to prevent injury Motivate clients through energetic coaching and ongoing encouragement during workouts Conduct fitness assessments to track progress and adjust programs accordingly Lead group fitness classes, incorporating diverse training styles such as cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises Experience Proven experience in social recreation programs or adaptive physical education or group fitness instruction Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to ensure safe and effective training Skilled in program design tailored to individual needs across various fitness levels 2 years of working with individuals with disabilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients Certification in adaptive personal training or adaptive physical education is preferred Join us as a Personal Fitness Trainer and or group instructor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to transforming lives through active living!
