Trainer Key Responsibilities:
Leading F45 High-Intensity Interval Group Training Classes Delivering instruction in the F45 Terminology Ensuring members are using correct form at all times Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises Inspiring and promoting an energetic environment Attending to any injuries suffered by staff or clients Assists with studio activities by attending promotional events with team members to introduce the service or extend the brand Able to provide insightful ideas around health and wellness to members Welcome members by name Meet with the training team to discuss daily, weekly, monthly goals. Perform opening, closing, and in-between class duties Ensure the studio is impeccable at all times Maintain a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio Assist the Sales Director and Head Trainer in welcoming new clients and retaining current membersKey Attributes:
Exceptional communication skills including social media Relatable, reliable, confident, leader Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and business partners Self-motivated and goal oriented Motivated and passionate about the fitness industry Excellent attention to detail Punctual and in their training uniform Applicants must have: A great personality Group fitness or Personal training: 1 year minimum experience as a fitness trainer/group trainer (preferred) Certification through a nationally recognized organization preferred(AFAA, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.) Current CPR/AED & First Aid A willingness to work flexible hours Prior sales experience (preferred but not required) Education High school or equivalent (Required) Associate or Bachelor degree in Kinesiology, exercise science or related field (preferred but not required)Job Type:
