About Alloy West Arvada Alloy Personal Training West Arvada helps adults build strength, move confidently, and live healthier, more active lives. We provide individualized, science-based training in a small-group setting, with no more than six clients per session. We're not a typical gym. Every member is known, coached, supported, and celebrated by a team that genuinely cares about their progress. The Role We're looking for a motivated, personable, and professional Personal Trainer to join our coaching team. You'll lead small-group personal training sessions, adapt workouts to each member's abilities and goals, and build the relationships and accountability that keep members progressing. This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who enjoys working with adults 40+ and believes great coaching is about much more than simply leading a workout. Key Responsibilities Lead engaging small-group personal training sessions using Alloy's programming and coaching methodology Provide individualized instruction, form corrections, modifications, and progressions for up to six clients per session Coach clients of varying ages, abilities, and fitness levels safely and confidently Build genuine relationships with members and help them stay accountable to their goals Recognize and celebrate member progress while communicating challenges or concerns to the coaching team Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional studio environment Support client check-ins, equipment organization, and light studio cleaning Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development Qualifications Nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or an approved equivalent Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it before the start date Minimum 2+ years of personal training, small-group training, or fitness coaching experience preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to confidently coach and adapt exercises for people with different fitness levels, physical limitations, or previous injuries A genuine passion for helping adults—particularly adults 40+—become stronger and healthier Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented Ability to demonstrate exercises and safely lift or move fitness equipment as needed Schedule Part-time positions available, ranging from 7-20 hours per week Availability needed during one or more of the following times: early mornings, mid-mornings, or late afternoons/early evenings, and/or Saturday mornings Opportunity to grow into a 20+ hour or full-time position as our organization grows Please indicate which of these shifts you can consistently work when applying. Compensation and Benefits $28-$30 per hour, depending on coaching experience and qualifications. Includes time for pre/post shift prep work and closing.
