Responsibilities
  • Greet members prior to class, give tours of the studio and get them settled in
  • Lead group fitness classes
  • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention
  • Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere in the gym
  • Sell memberships Required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness classes with 4 years preferred
  • Ability to promote fitness sales and services
  • Knowledge of anatomy and sports coaching principles
  • Certified personal trainer (ACE or NASM)
  • Knowledge and experience with HIIT training and compound lifts
