Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor

F45 Training studio. Looking for our Arvada location but opportunity for more hours at our other two locations (Central Park and Southlands) West Arvada Location 14455 W. 64th Ave. Unit R Arvada, CO 80004 F45 training is now in over 60 countries with over 3300 studios around the world. F45 Training is a Group-Training facility that features the most dynamic and effective training styles to date. Not only did they seek to find the best types of workouts, they wanted to find a way to vary those workouts every day and make them accessible to the masses. F45 created a structured, systemized and powerful Training System that can be implemented around the world. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct group personal training sessions with F45 workouts Assist clients in setting and achieving goals Provide advice to clients on training, nutrition and health Ensure a safe training environment for clients Clean and maintain training equipment Maintain client relationships and build a strong family community Actively involved in membership sales Consistently provide an encouraging, welcoming, HIGH ENERGY quality training session Consistently motivate clients to reach their goals. Skills & Experience Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions Excellent verbal skills Willingness to work flexible hours Ability to motivate clients Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients Ability to develop strong relationships with clients Self-motivated and goal oriented Passion, enthusiasm & genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of others Excellent attention to detail Happy, positive, fun and friendly personality
