Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has at least 1+ years of experience in the group fitness industry, with the ability to motivate and educate clients in various fitness disciplines. Duties Lead +/- 10 Fitwall designed classes - up to 18 clients per class. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and anatomy knowledge to ensure safety and effectiveness. Provide ongoing motivation and support to clients throughout their fitness journey. Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional. Engage with clients both on and off the mic. Our community is strong. Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and best practices in fitness training. Follow up with incoming leads.
