Join Denver's Fastest-Growing Strength and Conditioning Gym MADabolic RiNo (Central Denver) and Westminster (Northwest Denver) are growing rapidly, and we're looking for exceptional Strength & Conditioning Trainers to join our team. We have part-time and full-time opportunities available for professionals who want to build a career—not just teach a few classes. We Don't Hire Fitness Instructors. We Hire Strength & Conditioning Trainers. If you came to fitness through athletics—not aesthetics—you'll probably fit in here. Our Strength & Conditioning Trainers are former athletes, military veterans, collegiate athletes, strength coaches, CrossFit trainers, Olympic lifters, and fitness professionals who take pride in mastering their craft. You greet members by name, build meaningful relationships, and believe the best training happens one conversation and one movement correction at a time. Responsibilities Coach a minimum of four MADabolic classes each week Master and confidently deliver MADabolic programming Demonstrate every movement with excellent technique Provide continuous 1:1 movement corrections throughout class Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training floor Complete opening and closing responsibilities to Company standards Participate in ongoing professional development Take MADabolic classes at least four times each week and lead by example Qualifications Accredited training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, USA Weightlifting, StrongFirst, CrossFit Level 1, BioForce, or equivalent) required before teaching classes CPR certification required Exceptional movement quality and natural athleticism Ability to pass our Strength & Conditioning Trainer Assessment Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Coachable with a continuous learning mindset Weekend and evening availability Willingness to travel to the East Coast or Austin for our two-day Trainer Training Camp This Job Isn't for Everyone You'll thrive here if you believe : Strength training and conditioning are the foundation to fitness.
