As a Personal Trainer, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and results-driven environment where members feel empowered to become the best version of themselves. At Anytime Fitness Englewood, we believe fitness is about more than workouts—it's about building relationships, providing accountability, and helping members create lasting lifestyle changes. You will work one-on-one with clients, conduct fitness consultations, design personalized training programs, and help members stay motivated and engaged throughout their fitness journey. Responsibilities Conduct fitness consultations and goal-setting sessions with prospective and current members. Design individualized exercise programs based on each client's goals, fitness level, and physical abilities. Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions. Educate clients on proper exercise technique and equipment usage to minimize the risk of injury. Track client progress and modify programs as needed to ensure continued success. Provide guidance on healthy lifestyle habits, including nutrition, recovery, and accountability strategies. Build strong relationships with members and actively encourage participation in personal training and coaching services. Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients to support retention and program adherence. Maintain accurate client records and session notes. Enforce all club policies and safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment. Assist with club events, challenges, and member engagement activities as needed. Respond appropriately to emergency situations and administer CPR, AED, or First Aid when necessary. QualificationsRequired Current nationally accredited Personal Training Certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals Professional, positive, and self-motivated attitude Ability to build relationships and inspire clients to take action Preferred CPR/AED and First Aid Certification NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent certification 1+ years of personal training experience Experience conducting fitness consultations and selling training programs Knowledge of behavior change, nutrition, and habit coaching What Success Looks Like Consistently delivering exceptional client experiences Building and maintaining an active personal training client base Helping members achieve measurable results Contributing to club growth through member engagement, referrals, and training revenue Creating a positive, motivating, and supportive atmosphere for all members
