HOW YOU WILL CHANGE LIVES
The Personal Training Field Manager is a strategic field leadership role responsible for elevating Personal Training performance across a territory of VASA clubs. This role is based in Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin and requires daily travel to clubs in the territory (mileage reimbursed). This leader partners closely with Regional Directors, District Managers, General Managers, and PT Leaders to drive PT revenue, trainer development, member retention, and operational execution. This role is ideal for a leader who understands both the business and science of Personal Training. Success requires the ability to influence operators, coach teams at scale, and translate high-level strategy into measurable club-level execution. You'll operate as a business partner to field leadership — helping clubs improve PT performance through stronger sales execution, trainer development, operational consistency, and member experience. Success in this role means building strong relationships with field leaders, quickly identifying opportunities, and driving measurable improvement across multiple clubs. You'll be expected to: Improve PT revenue, consultation conversion, and client retention across your territory Coach club leaders and PT teams on performance management, sales strategy, and operational execution Create accountability around KPIs while building strong culture and engagement Develop trainers and PT Leaders through structured coaching and hands-on support Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions that improve consistency across clubs Influence leaders at every level of the organization through credibility, partnership, and strong business acumen This role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution — analyzing PT metrics one moment and coaching on the club floor the next.

Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: 2+ years of experience teaching boutique fitness classes 1+ year of management experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology OR NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification Required Personal interest in health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition Ability to travel and work on weekends. Compensation:
