We're building a dedicated New Club Opening Training Team made up of some of our strongest leaders and subject matter experts. These team members will travel to new markets across the country, helping train, coach, and prepare new club teams before opening day. The New Club Opening Training Team is made up of experts across every operational specialty, working together to build confident, high-performing teams before each club opens. Specialty Opportunities Child Care Member Experience Group Fitness STUDIO Personal Training Club Leadership Each role serves as the expert in its specialty, partnering with new club leaders to deliver hands-on training, coaching, and support throughout the pre-opening process. Together, this team works alongside the New Club Opening Operations Manager to ensure every club opens with well-trained teams, consistent execution, and a world-class member experience. While each position owns a specific area of the business, success comes from working together as one team with a shared mission: helping every new club open with a team that's confident, connected, and ready to change lives. About the NCO Personal Training Field Manager Opportunity As the NCO Personal Training Field Manager , you'll lead all Personal Training onboarding and development for new clubs. You'll coach Personal Training Leads and Personal Trainers on consultation skills, sales, programming, coaching, and client experience while helping new teams build confidence in growing their business. Working alongside the New Club Opening Training Team and club leadership, you'll ensure every Personal Training department launches with consistent standards, strong leadership, and a thriving culture of coaching and accountability. As a member of the New Club Opening Training Team, you'll: Help launch VASA into brand-new communities. Travel throughout our expansion markets (up to 75% travel required). Build relationships with leaders across Operations, Fitness, and Support Center. Coach and develop future VASA leaders and team members. Become the expert others rely on in your specialty. Strengthen your leadership, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills. Gain experience leading through change, influencing without direct authority, and building culture from the ground up. Requirements:
Position Details Full-time field leadership position Up to 75% travel supporting new club openings Home base must be within Region 3 (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, or Iowa) Candidates must be willing to relocate to Region 3 if currently located elsewhere. Compensation:
$60,000-$70,000 annually Pay Transparency In order to support the Fair Compensation Strategy by the US Govt., HR Dept., clients are required to adhere to "Pay Transparency Law"; in the impacted states; that have mandated the employers to list the salary ranges in Job advertisements or postings for job opportunities and Job promotions.
