Job Description
Experienced Barre Instructor (Part-Time) Join Our Team! We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and motivating Barre Instructor to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our members. If you're passionate about movement, love building community, and know how to lead a challenging, results-driven barre class that keeps clients coming back, we'd love to hear from you. Position Details Part-time Teach 1-2 classes per week Competitive class pay based on experience Opportunity to grow your schedule as demand increases What You'll Do Lead creative, high-energy, challenging classes for participants of all fitness levels Provide clear instruction, cueing, and modifications Create a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive class environment Build relationships with members and contribute to our positive studio culture Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes Maintain a safe and professional training environment Qualifications Required Previous experience teaching barre classes Current group fitness certification Strong understanding of barre technique, alignment, and movement mechanics Excellent communication and coaching skills Ability to motivate, inspire, and connect with clients Preferred 2+ years of barre instruction experience Experience teaching in a boutique fitness or studio environment Additional certifications in fitness, yoga, Pilates, dance, or personal training Who You Are Positive, professional, and reliable Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed Comfortable coaching both beginners and experienced participants A team player who contributes to a strong studio community How to Apply If you're an experienced barre instructor looking for a supportive team and an amazing community, we'd love to meet you.
