Are you energetic, upbeat, and passionate about working with children? Adrenaline Gymnastics (www.agagym.com) is expanding and looking for multiple part-time Girls Gymnastics Coaches to lead preschool and recreational classes for children aged 18 months to 16 years old. We're hiring for several positions across all girls' preschool and recreational levels, with flexible schedules ranging from one to six days per week.

Position Overview:

As a gymnastics coach at AGA, you'll inspire and instruct young athletes, helping them build confidence, skills, and a love for gymnastics in a fun and safe environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead engaging and structured gymnastics classes, including: Girls Preschool Gymnastics (Ages 18 months

• 4 years old) Encourage confidence, creativity, and motor skill development Use songs, games, and circuit-based equipment courses to make learning exciting!

Celebrate every achievement, big or small! Girls Recreational Gymnastics (Ages 5+) Teach fundamental gymnastics skills on bars, beam, floor, vault, trampoline, and strength and conditioning! Encourage progress, perseverance, and a love for movement! Provide positive feedback and motivation to help gymnasts grow! Make each class fun, engaging, and full of energy! Foster positive relationships with gymnasts and their families through clear communication and feedback. Maintain a safe and clean training environment Follow AGA lesson plans and skill progressions, while also contributing new ideas. Accurately complete student attendance, assessments, and timesheets. Uphold AGA's values, policies, and athlete interaction standards. What We're Looking For We welcome enthusiastic individuals who love working with kids! Prior gymnastics coaching experience is a plus but not required—we will train highly motivated candidates!

Ideal Qualifications:

1+ year Experience working with children (ages 3+ preferred). 1+ year Girls Preschool or Recreational gymnastics coaching experience Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, crouch, and lift at least 50 lbs. to assist athletes Creativity, leadership potential, and an open mind. Must pass a criminal background check (not on the USA Gymnastics Permanently Ineligible Members list) Reliable transportation and consistent scheduling—our gymnasts count on you! Why Join AGA?
