Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Cora Fitness. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for fitness, a keen understanding of body mechanics, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients. - Conduct one-on-one and small group personal training sessions with clients of varying fitness levels, tailoring workouts to meet their specific needs and goals.
- Develop and implement personalized fitness programs that are safe, effective, and engaging for clients.
- Provide clients with guidance on proper exercise form, technique, and body mechanics to prevent injuries and promote optimal results.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed to ensure continued improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of client workouts, progress, and goals.
- Promote the health club and its services to clients, including offering personalized fitness assessments and recommending fitness programs and products.
- Collaborate with other trainers, fitness professionals, and management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to contribute to the growth and development of the health club.
Qualifications:
- Current Certification as a Personal Trainer (e.g., ACE, NASM, or NSCA).
- Strong understanding of body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy.
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Trainer or in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with health club operations and a passion for the fitness industry.
- Currently hold your own insurance or ability to obtain insurance prior to the start of employment.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Internship Pay:
$40.00- $50.
