Yoga Instructor (Part-Time)

Job Description

The Town of Silverthorne is seeking Certified Yoga Instructors for classes at the Silverthorne Recreation Center. Yoga Instructors are responsible for instructing scheduled yoga classes to the public in a fun and engaging manner. Yoga Instructors also maintain safety in the fitness area and monitor participants for appropriate fitness level during classes. Yoga classes are mainly scheduled in the morning, in the evening and on Saturdays, and a Yoga Instructor would be expected to teach a minimum of one class per week.
Hiring Range:
26.63 to 30.18 per hour
Full Pay Range:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Nationally recognized Yoga certification or equivelent training CPR/AED certification upon 6 months of hire
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS 2-3
years of work experience in the area of yoga instructor Degree as it relates to health/fitness/nutrition
