Our space was designed for individuals who feel out of place in large, crowded gyms and want a calmer environment to focus on strength, movement, and overall wellness. We prioritize smaller class sizes and a more personalized approach so instructors can truly connect with clients. We are currently seeking a POP Pilates Instructor to lead small group classes.
