We specialize in 1:1 and duet sessions, focusing on personalized programs that promote strength, balance, alignment, and overall wellbeing. This role requires a strong understanding of safe movement practices, communication skills, and the ability to tailor sessions to each client's personal needs, goals, and physical considerations. Experience working exclusively or primarily in private settings is essential. Responsibilities Conduct client assessments and develop individualized programs. Modify exercises to accommodate injuries, limitations, and varying levels of experience. Provide clear verbal cues and appropriate hands-on adjustments. Maintain a warm, professional, and client-focused atmosphere. Prepare equipment and studio space before sessions and re-set/clean after each appointment. Communicate with clients in a professional, friendly manner to support retention and progress. Uphold all studio standards for safety, cleanliness, and client care. Qualifications Comprehensive Pilates certification from a recognized training program (500-hour preferred). Experienceteachingin a privatePilates studio settingis required. Strong knowledge of anatomy and classical Pilates principles. Experience working with varied ages, bodies, and physical conditions. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain). Punctual, professional, reliable, and committed to high-quality client service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Schedule & Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience and certification level. Opportunity to expand hours in the future if desired.

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
