Job Description

PEAK Performance is urgently hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to work part-time or full-time. This is a great opportunity for trainers with an interest in Physical Therapy, because you will work side by side with a high level Manual Physical Therapist to ensure excellent results for our clients.
Job Requirements:
Current Personal Training Certification required (ACSM, NASM, ACE, or other accredited institution) B.S. not required, but a B.S. in Exercise Science or related field preferred (This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Health Science graduates) 1+ year of Personal Training experience preferred Self-motivated, and interested in establishing a shoreline CT client base See below for daily job duties: Personal Training one-on-one, two-on-one, or small group training Design exercise plans for a wide range of client ages and ability levels Design and run classes for children ages 3-16, including ninja-warrior classes, sport-specific athletic training, or sports team conditioning Create marketing campaigns for social media (Instagram, Facebook, MailChimp) to help promote our brand and increase your personal training client base Maintain a clean and comfortable gym, assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable Physcial Therapy office (vacuuming, taking out garbage, ect.) Assist with basic insurance related phone calls and new client inquiries Working here at PEAK is both fun and rewarding.
