F45 is a high-intensity functional training system that combines strength, cardio, and HYROX-style training in a fun, team-based studio environment. We're an official HYROX training location with a growing, supportive member community. What You'll Do Coach and lead group F45 classes (Resistance, Cardio, and Hybrid formats), following F45 programming and Franchisor standards Motivate members of all fitness levels, correct form, and keep energy high throughout class Build genuine relationships with members and help create a welcoming studio culture Set up and break down equipment before and after classes Represent the F45 brand professionally both in and out of the studio What We're Looking For Current personal training or group fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) preferred CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience coaching group fitness, HIIT, or functional training a plus High energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others reach their goals Reliable and punctual, able to commit to a consistent weekly class schedule Details Part-time, minimum 4 hours/week (additional hours available for the right fit)
