Job Overview ISCC Fitness and Sport Performance is seeking an energetic and motivated certified Personal Trainer/Coach to inspire clients on their fitness journeys and help them achieve their health goals. This dynamic role combines personalized workout plan creation, motivational coaching, and fitness industry expertise to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for health, biomechanics, and client development, fostering a positive environment that encourages progress and confidence. Paid positions are available, offering opportunities for growth within a vibrant fitness community. Duties Design customized workout programs tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels using knowledge of physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics Provide motivational coaching to empower clients, build rapport, and sustain engagement throughout their fitness journey Conduct group fitness classes and physical education sessions to promote community participation and healthy lifestyles Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, manual handling skills, and safety procedures including heavy lifting and injury prevention Maintain detailed client records, progress tracking, and program adjustments to ensure continuous improvement Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, providing nutrition guidance, and fostering a welcoming environment Ensure safety compliance by maintaining current certifications in First Aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation (Automated External Defibrillator), and liability insurance Skills Proven experience in sports coaching, personal training, or fitness instruction with a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology Expertise in program design, body mechanics, biomechanics, and personalized workout plan creation Excellent communication skills for client rapport building and motivational coaching Knowledge of nutrition principles relevant to fitness goals and overall health Ability to lead group fitness sessions confidently while ensuring safety standards are met Familiarity with the fitness industry standards including health club operations and gym experience Strong sales skills to promote memberships or training packages effectively while maintaining high-quality customer service Join us to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives through energetic coaching and expert guidance.
