Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our vibrant fitness community. In this role, you will lead engaging and effective Pilates reformer classes, inspiring clients to achieve their fitness goals while promoting proper technique and safety. Your expertise will help clients improve their strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being through expertly designed programs tailored to diverse needs. Duties Lead energetic and motivating Pilates reformer classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring clients perform routines safely and effectively Design personalized workout programs that align with clients' fitness goals, health conditions, and biomechanics Provide clear instructions on body mechanics, breathing techniques, and exercise modifications as needed Maintain a safe environment by adhering to manual handling protocols and first aid procedures during classes Foster positive client relationships through excellent communication, encouragement, and personalized coaching Stay current with industry trends in Pilates, biomechanics, yoga, cycling, CrossFit, and other fitness disciplines to enhance class offerings Requirements Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor with recognized certification from a reputable organization Proven experience teaching group fitness classes with strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics Ability to demonstrate exercises effectively while providing hands-on corrections when necessary Knowledge of health club operations, customer service skills, and client communication strategies Strong coaching skills combined with motivational fitness techniques to inspire clients at all levels of ability Join us in creating an empowering environment where clients can transform their bodies and minds!
